HOW TO APPROACH IAM

Lakebridge's approach is based on creation of an extensible, seamless, end-to-end IAM service to meet the needs of your business, your partners and your stakeholders.

Our methods are simple best practice.  We work with our clients to clearly clearly define and document the IAM requirements.  We then work to realise the requirements in the solution architecture and design.  When we and our clients are satisfied that the architecture and design support the requirements, we identify the technologies that best meet the architecture and design, including the need for custom code, and work with out clients to engage those suppliers most able to deliver.  During the build and test phase of the IAM project, we provide services to assure that the requirements will be met.  Subsequent to implementattion of the solution, we can assist clients in the monitoring of the solution as it is in use, to help get the best from their investment in IAM.
